Surprised that Ikuo does the background vocal in Feeling Maker. I was like, "Have I heard of this voice before?" when listening to the karaoke version.
Can't wait until the next day, so I downloaded and listened to RajiPuri 112 at like 3 in the morning... Went to sleep at 4:30. I know it's not "late" according to my friend, but I was sleepy. Luckily, I don't have finals today... Sitting and laying down like Kikumaru on the Hello! cover while listening to the RajiPuri feels comfortable.. I think I almost fell asleep when TAKARAMONO was played... Is that how they came up with the idea of the cover? :p It's neat that they played that song since Takahashi Hiroki wrote it and he's the guest. Can't wait until next Monday for the next RajiPuri. They'll play one of the songs from E=mc², right...? Wow, never looked foward to Mondays before the time of RajiPuri changes. Since I caught up with the manga around that time, I look forward to both new chapters and the RajiPuri.
Last chapter. May write omake after this.
Ryoma Enters N-G Records

Chapter 6
Shuichi stopped at Kawamura Sushi on one Saturday afternoon with Tezuka, Tatsuha, and Yuki beside him. Since Tezuka is also coming, Tatsuha and Shuichi asked him to go there along with them. Yuki thought it’s a good idea also, just in case they won’t get lost finding the sushi bar. He doesn't want to go at first. But after a few hours of persuasion by Shuichi, he finally gave up. Tatsuha came in just in time to catch the end of the conversation.
“What party?”
The pink haired vocalist answered, “We'll be celebrating Echizen's first release single. Everyone's going to be there.”
“Even Sakuma-san?”
“Yep.”
“Take me with you!”
Yuki mumbled, “Oh no...”
“Here it is.” Shuichi opened the door and saw that a lot of people already there. Noriko’s going out with her family so she’s going to be there.
“Sorry we're late.” Shuichi said.
Inui said, “Don't worry, you're not the last ones. Ryoma and Momoshiro are still not here yet. Ryoma's probably overslept again. Come in!”
Fuji asked, “Are they your cousins whom you told me about, Kunimitsu?”
“Hai.” Tezuka answered.
“Cousins? Which ones?” Kawamura asked.
“Yuki and Tatsuha.” Tezuka introduced them.
“Ii...data...” Inui said and continued to scribble in his notebook.
Tezuka took a seat next to Fuji at the front of the counter.
Tatsuha found Ryuichi and sat next to him. The energetic vocalist told Tatsuha happily, “Ta-chan, guess what? Kiku-chan's name sounds similar to Kumagorou They have four syllables and starts with the letter 'K' na no da!” Tatsuha thought, “...Kiku-chan...? How close are they?” “Hey, Kiku-chan, Kumagorou says he wants to meet your bear, Daigorou!” Ryuichi drew his attention back to Kikumaru. The acrobatic player said, “Sure, come over anytime nya~!” Tatsuha asked, “You’re just going to invite him?” Ryuichi said, “You want to come along, too?” Kikumaru responded, “I don’t mind.” Tatsuha felt relieved. He doesn't want those two to be together alone. Kikumaru turned to Oishi. “Oishi, you're quiet today. Don’t worry. You’re also invited!” “Ok, thanks...”
Tatsuha noticed Oishi's expressions. He whispered to him, “Are you jealous of how they treated each other?” Oishi choked on his sushi. Tatsuha chuckled.
The door opened. “It's Ochibi!” Kikumaru yelled while Ryuichi and Shuichi yelled, “Ryo-chan!” all at the same time. The three ran to him and Kikumaru glomped him from behind. “Itaisu!” Everyone sweatdropped. Momoshiro tried to break Kikumaru away from Ryoma. “Hey, let him breathe.”
Ryuichi showed Ryoma a piece of paper. “Look, your single is in the forth place now na no da! It just moved up!”
“That’s fast.”
Momoshiro then dragged him to a table where Hiro, and Shuichi were sitting. “I’m starving! I know you haven’t eaten yet either.” And Kawamura handed them a plate of sushi. Inui was busy scribbling in his notebook. He's having a good time since those two bands were here in one place.
The sushi chef handed a plate of sushi to Fuji across the counter. “Here's yours.”
“Arigatou.” Fuji replied.
Seguchi, who was sitting next to Fuji, asked the chef, “Are you sure you don’t mind having us here?”
“Nope, especially since it’s rare to have celebrities coming here.”
Fujisaki, who was sitting next to Seguchi, asked Fuji, “What's in it?”
“Wasabi. Want some?” Fuji said. He moved the plate toward Fujisaki and Seguchi. “N-no thanks.” The two sweatdropped.
Yuki got a chance to move away from Shuichi’s table and sat next to Tezuka. “Those baka’s are too noisy.” he said.
“Good timing.” Fuji handed him one of the novels he wrote and a pen. “My sister is a huge fan of yours. She’ll be happy to receive this on her birthday.” Yuki doesn’t feel happy about it but he signed it anyway. “Only once.” “Hm.. But I have a feeling that we’ll meet again in the future. We may be as close as you think, ne Kunimitsu?” He smiled at Tezuka. Tezuka turned away from him with a faint blush across his face. Seguchi understood what their relationships are. He joked around Fuji with a smile on his face. “Then welcome to this family. Looks like we can be related after all.” Yuki’s and Fujisaki’s eyes shot wide. Tezuka tried to stay as calm as possible. “Thanks.” Fuji replied and the two smiled at each other. Yuki thought he knew he shouldn't have come to the party.
The chef nervously asked, “Ano...are you sure that guy won't harm anyone...?” pointing to K. Seguchi replied, “Don't worry, he's not going to harm you if you're on his side.”
K had finished his meal early and decided to polish his magnum. Kaidoh, who is sitting across from him and Sakano, stared at his gun wide-eyed while trying to finish his sushi as fast as possible.
A couple of minutes later, K finished polishing his magnum. “Nice and shine.” He triggered it to proof that it's fully loaded. Kaidoh panicked. Sakano tried to calm him down. “Don't worry. He won't shoot!”
“Fshh...” He wished that this place would be bigger so he doesn't have to share a table with anyone.
The party lasted throughout the whole day. Everyone ended up going home very late.
End Notes: Wow, I didn’t notice that Noriko would be the only girl, if she’s at the party. I was thinking of including the girls from both series, but they don’t really serve a purpose... |
